NSW Rural Fire Service units from the Camden Haven, Bonny Hills and Lake Cathie will host open days for the public on September 22.  The open days come as an investigation is launched into the September 16 fire at Diamond Head Road, Crowdy Bay National Park. The Mid-North Coast is facing the potential for another serious bush fire danger season. NSW Rural Fire Service district manager Superintendent Kam Baker said the NSW Rural Fire Service is asking people to be vigilant during this time. Firefighters will be available on September 22 to talk to people about how to prepare their property for the bushfire season.  Read more: Rural Fire Service hosts Get Ready weekend in 2017  People can then involve their friends, family and neighbours in planning for any potential fire incident.  The Open Day hosted by Lake Cathie Rural Fire Brigade is from 9am until 12pm at the Ernest Street fire station.  The event hosted by Camden Haven Rural Fire Brigade is from 9am until 3pm at the fire station on Kendall Road, Kew.  Bonny Hills Rural Fire Brigade’s open day is from 10am until 2pm at the station on Jungarra Cres, Bonny Hills. Curious george at the fire stationFire station inspection formAt The Fire Station Store

The Cal Fire Saratoga Summit Fire Station  21 is located in the mountaineous area of Los Gatos at 12900 Skyline Boulevard. Cal Fire used to be known as the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection. The station is located in the Santa Cruz County Fire District. The Fire Station is for Firefighters, by a firefighter, as a resource to find information about Fire Departments and other fire related sources. It isn't intended to be a complete list but a starting point.
